1. Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide — no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page or directly at 17track.net.

Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to be updated in the system.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Phonecasing ships internationally and your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Phonecasing is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or force majeure events
  • Carrier delays or postal service disruptions

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact your local post office or carrier
  • Contact us at support@phonecasing.store within 7 days of the delivery date

8. Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Phonecasing is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@phonecasing.store — changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.
